Dear Mr. Secretary:
Please consider this to be a formal r9cuest to participate, and/or address the Commission when it meets. Tuesday, April 6.
1993. regarding the vote on the full cower license application for Unit 2 at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station owned and operated by Taxas Utilities Electric Com any.
As you may well be aware, this party has more than one motion and cleading pending before the Commission, which, as I understand the schedule will be addressec crior to the vote.
I will most certainly, be at that meeting, and will be available for cral argument regarding those canding matters.
In adcition there are otner, and certinent matters, whicn I would like to adcress the Commission with.
Please clace me on the asenda for that date and time.
