CLARIFICATION OF INDEPENDENT REVIEW TEAM REPORT Your memorandum of November 12, 1992, requested that the Independent Review Team report, dated October 6,1992, be clarified to more completely support the conclusion that "the concern that Region I materials inspectors may have been relying too beavily on statements from licensee management during the normal conduct of inspections was not substantiated." The revised final report, dated November 30, 1992, provides that clarification and is enclosed for your review.
