INDEPENDENT REVIEW TEAM REPORT Enclosed for your information is the report of the Independent Review Team on the Adequacy of Inspection and related activities associated with allegations concerning Nuclear Energy Services. Also enclosed is a supplement report which addressed three questions regarding the report. These documents will be made available to the Congress, Mr. Gundersen, and the public next l
week. Mr. Bernero is preparing a response to the recommendations contained in the report and I will provide copies of that report, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of next week, to the Commission.
