By letter dated September 30, 1991, you proposed to amend Section 3.8/4.8, " Radioactive Effluents," and Section 3.10/4.10, " Refueling," of the Technical Specifications (TS) for the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units I and 2.
By letter dated February 16, 1993, you notified us of your intent to withdraw the part of the proposed amendment request related to Section 3.10/4.10, " Refueling," and to resubmit it as part of the TS Upgrade Program for Quad Cities and Dresden Stations.
Your proposed amendment request is considered withdrawn.
