Dear Mr. Bernero:
In a meeting with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff on January 30, 1992, Combustion Engineering discussed our plans to terminate uranium manufacturing operations at ou-Windsor Facility by the end of September,1993. Subsequently, we prepared and transmitted, via Reference (A), our Decommissioning Funding Plan.
