The complaint you submitted co the Federal Trade Commission in Cleveland, Ohio, dated December 8, 1981, has been referred to the Nuclear Regulatory.
Commission (NRC) for action. Personnel from the NRC Region III office (Clen Ellyn, Illinois) will be in contact with you in the near future to obtain additional information regarding the falsification of test data for the nuclear detectors manufactured by Reuter-Stokes, Inc. for Com-bustion Engineering, Inc. which you referred to in your letter to the Federal Trade Consr.ission.
We appreciate this matter being brought to cut attention.
