This letter transmits the report of the safety inspection findings of the resident staff at
Seabrook Station for the period of January 26 through March 1,1993. The inspection

consisted of document reviews, personnel interviews, and observations of activities important
}
to the health and safety of the public. The inspector discussed the findings with
!
Mr. W. DiProfio and members of your staff after the inspection.
!
Overall, this inspection found that activities were conducted safely. Two violations described
in your licensee event reports concerning incomplete surveillance tests were not cited based
I
I
on your identifying and correcting the deficiencies. A violation for not including previous
occurrences in a licensee event report was not cited based on the low safety significance of
the unintentional omission and your corrective actions.
