NRC Operator Licensing Examinations at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 On January 19 - 29, 1993, the NRC administered operator licensing examinations to employees of your company to operate your San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3.
As a result of these examinations, seven Senior Reactor Operators and nine Reactor Operators met the qualification.
requirements for licensing.
After the examinations on May 8,1992, the preliminary findings were discussed with' members of your staff as detailed in the enclosed report.
In.accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and enclosures (1),
(2), (4), and (5) will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Enclosure (3) is Personal Privacy Information and will be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 9.5(a)(6).
