Please find enclosed a license application a>vering the proposed export of nuclear fuel assembly components (no source or special nuclear material), control rods and control rod components to the Czech Republic. These products are for test and evaluation for application to VVER reactors.
Due to the near term shipment of these ;m> ducts (i.e., April 1,1993), it would be appreciated if the NRC and other U.S. Government Agencies could expedite the issuance of this license.
