REVIEW 0F SECURITY PLAN SUBMITTAL This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated April 27, 1992, which transmitted changes identified as Revision 28 to the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Security Plan submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are -
consistent with the provisions of'10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable, except as noted in the enclosure of this letter.
For those. items identified as being unacceptable under the criteria'of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the previously approved plan revision must be followed. The items determined to be unacceptable have been discussed with NRC Headquarters (NRR/RSGB).
You are requested to provide corrections to your security plan to address the-issues identified in the enclosure within two months after receipt of this letter.
You may submit the changes either in accordance with'10 CFR' 50.54(p) or 10 CFR 50.90.
The enclosure to this letter concerns a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure according to Part 73, Title 10, Code' of Federal Regulations, Section 73.21(c)(2). Consequently, the enclosure to this -letter will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. The enclosure to your letter also contained Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is also being withheld from public disclosure.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter, excluding the enclosure, will be placed in the NRC Public h}
