Enclosed are the Quarterly Self-Monitoring Reports for the Perry Nuclear Power l
Plant sanitary vaste system f'or the months of December 1992, January and i
February 1993. All required samples were collected and analyzed in accordance l
vith the self-monitoring program.
As ve discussed on February 1, 1993 and addressed in our response to your Notice of Violation, both our self-monitoring results and your unscheduled monitoring results indicated a silver concentration above the allovable limit during the month of January. Note that the results from the February sample are below concentration limits. The results for pH are within regulatory guidelines. Additional sample analysis results are provided for your information.
