This acknowledges the receipt of your letter dated March 6,1990, by which you transmitted Revision 18 to the Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan.
The regional security staff have reviewed your plan change and determined the change is consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The staff noted that the changes to your management organization made at the corporate level and the minor grammatical corrections do not reduce the effectiveness of your Industrial Security Plan.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
