In letter C311-90-2048 and 4410-90-L-0024 dated April 10, 1990, GPUN submitted the Revised GPUN Corporate Emergency Plan, Rev. 3.
However, there was a word processing error on page E10A-9. Specifically, Table 10A (Section 5.3) of the TMI Emergency Action Levels inadvertently placed the words "-The means to l
control the makeup pumps OR makeup flow control." under the Alert column when it should have been under the Site Area Emergency column. A corrected page is I
