CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED MARCH 7,1990 By letter dated March 7,1990, the Department of. the Arnty requested an amendment to License No. SNM-561 to convert the personnel dosimetry program from film badges to quarterly thermoluminescent dosimeters. This change will not adversely affect the licensee's ability to measure quarterly whole body i
exposures. The change will not effect the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warrantad for the proposed action.
