Technical Specification 4.7.7 Gentlemen:

Please find attached a proposed amendment to Technical Specification (TS)-

4.7.7.

This change will require that the laboratory test of the carbon samplesfromtheAuxiliaryBgildingFilteredExhaustSystembetestedat 96% relative humidity and 30 C, for a methyl iodide penetration of 0.71%.

Attachment I contains the marked up TS and Bases paget,. Attachment II contains a discussion Technical Justification, No Significant Hazards Analysis, and an Environmental Impact Statement.

4 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1) the appropriate South Carolina State Official is being provided a copy of this amendment request.
