Proposed Technical Specification. Amendment-Technical Specification 4.9.4.2 Gentlemen:
Please find attached a pro' posed amendment to Technical Specification 4.9.4.2.
This change will require that the. laboratory test'of the carbon samples from the Containment Purge System be tested per ASTM 03803-86, Test Meth'od "A", with the exception to Test Method "A" that the test will'be performed at 70% relative humidity instead of'95%' relative humidity.
Attachment I contains the marked up TS pages. 1 contains a discussion, Technical Justification, no Significant Hazards Analysis, andlan Environmental Impact Statement.
