TRANSPORTATION LICENSE, SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL (SNM)-1526 TVA hereby requests a' renewal of its SNM license, SNM-1526, dated June 2, 1975, and the amendments thereto dated July 17, 1980, October 28, 1980, and May 17, 1985. SNM-1526 will expire May 31, 1990.
This license authorizes the-possession'of by-product, source, and SNH in packages approved pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71, and in_ private' carriage from TVA-Itcensed facilities to persons authorized to receive such material, and
(
from a carrier's terminal to TVA-licensed facilities.
Enclosed is an updated list of TVA's corporate organization. All other conditions of the license remain the same.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170.11(a)3, an amendment fee is not required.
