During our review-of the SONGS Physical Security Plan -(PSP) revision 27 '
submittal forwarded by reference a)'above, we notedlthat the. proposed. changes' to this plan appear to qualify as;50.54(p) changes. However, some of the changes require action at the Headquarters level since there-appear-to be.
6 potential policy implications. While the changes appear to reflect potential downgrades from previous PSP commitments; substantively identical changes submitted by reference b) above were found consistent with the provisions of-10 CFR 50.54(p) by NRC in reference-c).above. 'Accordingly, this submittal is forwarded for appropriate action' by your office.
