Proposed Technical Specification Amendment Technical Specification 4.9.11.2 Gentlemen:
Please find attached a proposed amendment to Technical Specification 4.9.11.2.
This change will require that the laboratory test of the carbon samples from the fuel Handling Ventilation Er.haust System be tested per ASTM D3803 86 Test Method "A", for a methyl iodide penetration of less than 0.71%.
Attachment I contains the marked up TS and Bases pages. Attachment !!
contains a discussion, Technical Justification, no Significant Hazards Analysis, and an Environmental Impact Statement.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1) the appropriate South Carolina State Official is being provided a copy of this amendment request.
