REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION TROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE By your application dated February 26, 1990, and General Electric Company's affidavit dated January 19, 1990, you submitted " Gell LTA fuel Bundle Descrip-tion for Cooper Nuclear Station Reload 13 Cycle 14," dated January 18, 1990, and requested that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
You stated that the submitted information should be considered exempt from mandatory public disclosure for the following reasons:
1). The information discloses a process, method or a)paratus where prevention of its use by General Electric's' competitors witicut license from General Electric constitutes a competitive economic advantage of other cor,ipanies.
'1' 2). The information censists of supporting data and analyses, including test 1
data, relative to a process, method or apparatus, the application of which-l provide a competitive economic advantage, e.g., by optimization or improved I
l marketability.
3). The information, if used by a competitor, would reduce his expenditure of resources or improve his competitive position in the design, manu-facture, shipment, installation, assurance of quality or lice'asing of a similar product.

4). The information reveals cost or price information, production capacities, I
budget levels or commercial strategies of General Electric, its customers i
or suppliers.
5). The information reveals aspects of post, present or future General Elec-l tric customer-funded development plans and programs of potential comer-l cial value to General Electric.
6). The information discloses patentable subject matter for which it may be*
desirable to obtain patent protection.
