TORT CALHOUN STATION, UNIT NO.1. AMENDMENT N0.127 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-40 (TAC NO. 75984)

The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.127 to Facility Operating License No. DPR.40 for the fort Calhoun Station Unit No. 1.

This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specificetlons in response to your epplication dated February 21, 1990.

The amendment modifies the Fort Calhoun Technical Specifications to allow a performance of a functional test of the steam driven Auxiliary feedwater purrp prior to achieving criticality. The amendment also makes some administrative changes.

A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is enclosed.

The notice of issuance will be included in the Comission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
