the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective

examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and

interviews with personnel.

We determined that your programs for corrective, predictive, and preventative

maintenance of B0P equipment were adequate, although-ailarge backlog of B0P
j
related maintenance work requests particularly in the Radwaste' area, were

noted. We will continue to monitor and evaluate your' progress in resolving
previously identified B0P maintenance issues.

During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be in violation

of NRC requirements, as specified in the enclosed Notice. A written response
