l Philadelphia Electric Company hereby submits Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR) No. 89-20, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, requesting a change to Appendix A of the Peach Botton Facility Operating License. This TSCR is a.one-time i
i change and involves postponing the next snubber visual inspection due May 26, 1990 l
until the scheduled mid-cycle outage in the fourth quarter of 1990. MRC approval of this request is needed prior to May 26, 1990 to prevent a plant shutdown. to this letter describes the proposed change, and provides justification for the change.
