Your letter of Decenber 22,1969 (ELV-01156), res)onded to NRC Bulletin 89-02 for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP), Jnits 1 and 2.. Your response stated that Georgia Power Company had reviewed equipment data bases and procurenent docunents for VEGP and had not found any valves or component materials subject to the actions of HRC Bulletin 89-02. Your response :
adec;uately addresses the NRC Bulletin requirements and provides a sufficient basis for closure of NRR's review of this licensing issue.
Further NRC review, if any, will be pursued through the inspection or audit process.
