u The subject Generic Letter 90-01 dated January 18, 1990. requested our voluntary participation in NRC Regulatory Impact Survey by completing and submitting a' questionnaire provided in-the enclosure to the referenced letter.- My letter of March 1,:1990' advised the NRC that Duke Power L
Company's response will be submitted by April 2, 1990.
Accordingly, completed. questionnaires are provided in Attachment 1 to this letter.
The-attached questionnaires were completed in accordance with the general instructions provided by Generic Letter.90-01 and additional guidance and-
- clarifications based on NUMARC discussions with INP0 and NRC senior management. The information provided in Attachment.1 is typical-and
- applicable to each,of our nuclear stations.
