This is to advise that, as of April 1,'1990, Niagara Mohawk Powerc Corporation has Nuclear Property.and Decontamination insurance in place totaling $1,875,000,000 as described ~below.
The primary is provided by ~ ANI/MAELU on. a.' split site basis. with
$500,000,000 per plant.
The policies covering Nine' Mile Unit 1 are ;
ANI 5382 and MAELU TA6197.
The Unit.2-policies are ANI-5383'and
-7 MAELU TA6198.
In the event of common occurrence,. there is an aggregate of $500,000,000 applicable.
These policies renew; June
- 1, 1990.
There is-Excess Nuclear Property - from' ANI/MAELU Lin the L amount of
$400,000,000 excess of $500,000,000.
The policy. numbers are'ANI' S89133 and MAELU X89133.
These policies renewjNovember-15, 1990~.
- Also, there is Excess Nuclear-Property :and. Decontamination-Liability coverage with Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited -(NEIL)-
