The purpose of this letter is to announce the next Generic Fundamentals Examination Section (GFES) of the written operator licensing examination. The l
GFES will be administered in the Arlington, Texas, areton Wednesday, June 6, 1990.
To register candidates for the GFES, an authorized facility licensee representative must submit a nominating letter to the Regional Administrator.
A sample nomination letter is attached. The letter shall include the following for each candidate nominated:
- Name, Date of birth, and Any previous 10 CFR Part 55 docket number associated with the candidate.
Nnmination letters should be sent 50 that they will be received by Region IV no later than May 7, 1990, so that suitable accommodations for the examination may be arranged.
Facility training inanagers will be notified of the final arrangencent details by separate means.
