On February 16, 1990, Carolina Power & Light Company requested an amende.ent to the Technical Specifications for the Brunswick Steam Elcetric Plant Units 1
& 2.
The proposed change removes the 3,25 limit for extending surveillance intervals imposed by Technical Specification 4.0.2. provides the typed Technical Specification pages for your convenience in issuance of the proposed amendment request.
