Dear Mr. Johnson:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letters dated February 28 and March 21, 1990, which transmitted changes, identified as Revision 24 to the " Palisades Physical Sacurity Plan," under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable, except as noted in the enclosure to this letter.
Several crawings submitted for review do not accurately depict the vital area boundaries.
You are requested to submit accurate drawings within two months after receipt of this letter.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Informatiori of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
l The response requested by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of th:'; letter, excluding the enclosure, will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
