This revision was 3:
received in our office on March 12, 1990.

We have reviewed the changes to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan and determined that they are consistent with the requirements'of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the. emergency plan.
These changes are, therefore, acceptable.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of'the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
