Specifications Change Request No. 89-14, in accordance with 10 CPR 50.90, requesting an amendment to the Technical Specifications (TS)
(Appendix A) of Operating License Nos. NPF-39 and NPP-85.
Information supporting this Change Request is contained in Attachment I to this letter.
The proposed replacement pages are contained in Attachment 2.
All proposed changes are indicated in the text by revision bars in the margin.
This submittal requests changes to TS Section 3/4.0 and associated Bases to remove the 3.25 limit on extending surveillance intervals.
This TS change request is in accor<'ance with the guidance provided in NRC Generic Letter 89-14, "Line-Item Improvements in Technical Specifications - Removal of the 3.25 Limit on Extending Surveillance Intervals," dated August 21, 1989.
