Based on your response to this GL, dated November 21, 1909, cur review of Agency records and discussions between your staff and the !!RC Project Manager, the NRC staff has cornpiled the enclosed list representing our assessinent of USI innplenentation. These results were presented to the Comission at a riceting on February 14, 1990. to this letter presents the staff understanding of the current status of all unimplenented USIs for the Big Rock Point facility. The staff encourages your effort to con.plete the unimplemented USIs.
