ALLEGED DISCRIMINATION AGAINST AN EMPLOYEE FOR HAVING ENGAGED-IN.
PROTECTED ACTIVITIES
-This refers.to your' letter dated October-18, 1989, in response to our letter dated September 19, 1989-concerning the alleged discrimination of an employee for.having engaged in protected activities. The former employee alleged that his employment was terminated because he had raised safety concerns during meetings addressing maintenance practices at Wolf Creek Nuclear Generating-Station. After reviewing-the information WCN00 provided and the circumstances-of this case, we have determined that enforcement action will not be taken.
No response to this letter is required..In accordance with Section 2.790 of
~the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document room..
