FERMI WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING REVISION AND RELOCATION OF FIRE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS (TAC N0. 71233)
By letter dated November 15, 1988, (NRC-88-0245), you applied for an amendment to the Fermi-2 Operating License, No. NPF-43.
The proposed change would have revised License Condition 2.C.9 and remove the facility technical specifications pertaining to fire protection.
However, your staff subsequently informed the NRC during a telephone conference that the amendment application contained some inaccuracies and that the amendment is no longer requested.
Therefore, your proposed change is considered to be withdrawn.
If this information is not correct, please notify the NRC of your intended actions within 10 days of receipt of this letter.
We have prepared a proposed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License.
Unless you notify us that we are incorrect within 10 days of receipt of this letter, we will file the notice with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
