The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.130 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3.for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Rowe). This amendment is in response to your application dated January 5,1990.
This amendment incorporates into the Technical Specifications modifications to allow Yankee to utilize a new Neutron Flux Instrumentation System, including _
its ability for enhanced testing at power, and modifications to clarify Specifications, i
A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Connission's biweekly Federal Register Notice.
