This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. A. L. Cunningham of
this office on October 27-30, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC License
Nos. NPF-2 and NPF-8 for the Farley facility and to the discussion of our
findings held with Mr. J. D. Woodard, Assistant Plant Manager, at the conclusion
of the ir.spection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure (s)
will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office,
by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit writte..
application to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of toe
date of this letter. Such application must be consistent with the requirements
of 2.790(b)(1).
