By its Order of October 6,1981, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board closed the record in this pcoceeding subject to receir' of three documents from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
By its Order of October 22, 1981, the Board included in the record two of the three documents from FEl1A, specifically two letters from fl. Sanders, one responding to Board questions and one discussing the need for medical services.
The NRC Staff hereby serves upon the Board and the other parties the third document, specifically the updated FEMA findings evaluation of plans and implementation capabilities of State and local governments for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Plant dated December 1, 1981.
