Dear Ms. Dann:
This is in response to your undated letter in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of six listed reports prepared by the NRC Office of Inspector and Auditor.
This confirms the information relayed during telephone conversations between you and Linda Robinson on September 3 and 9,1981.
In response to previous F0IA requests (F01A-80-516 and F0IA-81-13),
we have already made the second and fourth requested reports available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
Portions of the fourth report are deleted. You-recently inspected these reports at the PDR and stated your willingness to accept the fourth report as previously released.
At this time, we are placing the records identified on the enclosed appendix in the PDR for your inspection and copying. These records will be placed in folder F01A-81-338 under your name.
This completes NRC's action on your request.
