As a result of the inspection conducted on November 3,1981, and in accordance

with the Interim Enforc ment Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980), the

following violations were identified:

10 CFR 34.11(d) states ib?' each licensee will have an internal inspection system to assure that rc 'agraphers are complying with regulatory requirements and operating and emergency procedures. This system shall include the performance of internal inspections at intervals M

Contrary to this requirenent, no internal inspections were conducted

during the period August 14, 1980 through November 3, 1981.
This is a Severity Level IV Violation (Supolement VII).
5 License Condition 15. states that the licensea shall possess and use o
licensed material in accordance with statements, representations, and orocedures contained in letters dated October 3, 1977, May 11, 1978, luly 14, 1978, and February 6,1979.

that the Radioloaical Safety Officer (RS0) will give refresher training and qrade the examinations, once per year.
