20234 Gentlemen:
In accordance with your application dated October 29, 1981, and its supplement dated November 6,1981, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-362 is hereby amended to authorize non-destructive testing of samples containing licensed matefial subject to the following condition:
Condition 16. Notwithstanding the words in the application dated October 29, 1981, the non-destructive testing involving the licensed material shall be conducted in accordance with the. approved written operating procedures. All procedures and any changes to the procedures shall be approved, in wfiting, by the Radiation Safety Officer and Radiation Protection Consnittee.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
The above condition was discussed and agredd upon between your Mr. L. Slaback and Mr. Soong of my staff on November 6,1981.
