PRESTON On November 17, 1981, Robert F. Preston (Preston) served by mail a petition to intervene in the above-captioned matter.
Inter alia, the petition recites that Mr. Preston is a resident of Hampton, N.H.
Pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.714(c), the applicants ansver this petition as set forth below.
Mr. Preston's residence confers upon him the necessary interest to intervene and raise safety issues.
