APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO THE PETITION TO INTERVENE OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEW HAMPSHIRE On November 17, 1981, the State of New Hampshire (State) and the Attorney General of New Hampshire (AG) filed a j oint peti-tion to intervene under 10 CFR S 2.714.
The applicants, pur-suant to 10 CFR S 2.714(c) answer this petition as follows.
Both the State and the AG have the requisite interest to intervene.
The petition does not set forth any contentions with bases.
Therefore, unless and until the State and AG comply with 10 CFR S 2.714(b), they should not be granted intervention status pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.714, but applicants have no objection fok OO G
to their participation pursuant to 10 CFR $ 2.715(c).
