NRC staff comments oa the Seabrook Station Security, Training, and Qualification Plan [ Reference (b)] by December 1,1981, we have enclosed the following:
Five copies of the PSNH response to NRC staff review comments on the Seabrook Station Security, Training, and Qualification Plan.
Five copies of the revised pages for the above plan. The revised pages are marked as Revision 1 and a vertical line is included in the right margin indicating the location of the revised in f orma tion.
The PSNH response and the Plan contain Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter does not contain Safeguards ma terial and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosures.
