Gentlemen:
On August'18, 1981, the NRC's Dividion of Licensing (DL) completed the review of your Guard Training and Qualification Plan dated August 16,1979, and issued Amendment Hos. 23 and 5 to the facility licenses for Farley Unit Nos.1 and 2. respectively. With the application dated August 16. your Company _ paid '
a Class III fee of $4.000.
Based on information provided by the DL review staff as a result of'their final rr-1ew of your application it has been determined that the Class III i
fee which you paid is appropriate for one of the units, but a Class I 1
duplicate unit fee of $400 is due for the other unit. Although Unit No. 2 was undergoing operating license (OL) review at the time the application was initially filed. it is our understanding that the Guard Training and Qualification was not included as part of the OL review. On this basis. it is requested that your Company rendt an additional sum of $400 to this office for 4
your August 16 application.
