QUESTIONS FOR PERRY 491.1 Provide a discussion of the Standby Liquid Control System.

The discussion should include a curve of the core baron concentration required to shut down the reactor from full power (assuming no control rod motion) at the time in life at which the greatest amount of boron is needed. Any differences between this curve and values-for hot shutdown conditions given in Table 3.4.3 of NEDE-24222, " Assessment of BWR Mitigation of ATWS, Volume 1," should be explained.
