The license fee in the amount of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) and a signed copy of the Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 74 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida, are enclosed.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 74 Replace page 6-17 of Appendix A with revised page 6-17.
1 Proposed Change Add the following item "g" under Technical Specifications section 6.9.2:
" Steam Cenerator Tube Inservice Inspection, Specification 4.4.5.5.b."
Reason for Proposed Change Amendment No. 33 to the Crystal River Unit 3 Operating License contained a change to Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.b such that it references Tech-nical Specification 6.9.2.
This change simply adds a reference to section 4.4.5.5.b in Specification 6.9.2.
Safety Analysis It has been determined that this housekeeping change will have no adverse affect on plant safety and that it does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
