On March 31, 1981, the Comission amended Operating License NPF-8 to authorize 100% power for the Joseph M. Farley Huclear Plant-Unit 2.
As requimd by 10 CFR 170.21, an operating license fee of $302.800 was paid for the issuance of the operating license.
In accordance with Footnote 3 of Section 170.21, the costs incurred in the processing and issuance of the Farley 2 operating license have been reviewed and they substantially exceed the maximum fee of $302,800 prescribed by the Comission's regulations. Since the maximum fee prescribed by regulation for an operating license has been paid, no additional operating license fee is required for Farley 2.
