This letter refers to your letter of October 21, 1981. We have detemined that this plan meets the regulatory requirements set forth in 10 CFR 73.67(f) for the protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance and accordingly is approved.
We have also been informed that an HRC inventory of special nuclear material at your site confirms that the special nuclear material has now been reduced from fomula quantities to quantities having low strategic significance. Therefore, you are no longer obligated to provide the protection required by 10 CFR 73.20(a).
It has been determined that your letter of October 21, 1981 contains infomation identified in 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1). Accordingly, it shall be subject to disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
