It has come to our attention that the maximum quantity of material for the Natick Irradiator is in error. Enclosed is Certificate of Cmpliance No. 5362, Revision No.1, for the Model No. Natick Irradiator shipping container. This certificate supersedes Certificate No. 5362, P4 vision No. O, dated October 13, 1981.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has been registered as a user of this package under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 571.12(b) or 49 CFP. 3173.393a.
The approval constitutes authority to use this package for the shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 5173.393a.
