Pursuant to Title"10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-960 is hereby amended to include fuel processing on a temporary basis in accordance with your application of October 19, 1981. Accordingly, Section 1.0 " Authorized Activities" of Appendix A of this license is amended to include the following:
" General Electric is authorized to recover 150 grams of U-235 and add sufficient source material to achieve an enrichment of 4% or less. This authority shall expire on December 31, 1981."
Also Item 8 of the current license is amended to add the date of October 19, 1981. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
